Job Description

Roles and responsibilities 

Monthly reports for branch revenue reports, quotes, MIS, portfolio analysis and general insurance product design.

Analyzing the proposal pricing, pricing, risk exposure and advice the client to take the appropriate cover.
Preparing RFP for the clients, finalize them and sent QCR to client, Endorsement calculation for addition and deletion of employees as requested by the clients.
Preparation of most competitive quotes in respect of Group Medical & Group Personal Accident, Fire, Engineering and other miscellaneous tailor made niche General Insurance products.
Taking care of all the backend process for Employee Benefits. Setting up the portal for the client to enrolling their details on the online portal.
Preparing demography, analysis and various types of MIS as per client requirements.
Analysis of various data and preparation of reports which lead to the helps strategic decisions.
Business planning, preparation and selection of strategies to target the key corporate account.
Managing branch revenue target, updating MIS as per RM target and coordinating with HO
Operations Activities:
Taking care for all the new policies updating on the system. Creating a new online portal for each Employee Benefits clients as per clients requirements.
Preparing the monthly business report for the branch and sharing the same to HO for accounting.
Monthly reports for quotes, MIS, portfolio analysis and general insurance product design.
Hardcore experience of operational management of the General Insurance portfolio.
Having good understanding of both insurer and insured side prospects of the general insurance products.
Taking care for the endorsements and coordinating with insurer and TPA for updating the list on the portal.
Preparing the enrolment summary and other demography for monthly report as per clients requirements

Salary: INR 2,50,000 - 5,00,000 PA.
