This position is based out of call center.
Person will be responsible for receiving calls and resolving the issues of the customers
Example: If customer has opted for policy we out call the customer to take a feedback on the services
We out call the customer to check if they dint got the document we reconfirm the address or if any changes is required we will do it over the call and re dispatch the document and sent soft copy proactively.
Customer who has not received the claim chq an its RTO we out call and resend the chq to the customer and capture the correct communication address email id and contact number.
If customer asks the query on product, He /She will explain about the details of the product accordingly. He/She will close the request after taking necessary details. He/She will be responsible to clarify all doubts and queries of the customers considering all parameters, as per our quality guidelines
