- Work closely & jointly with Bancassurance channel partner to ensure Company achieves its business targets in line with the AOP Targets (New & Customer Retention).
- Constant interaction with the partners associated to spot the problem areas & deal with them proactively
- Maintain healthy relationship with all partners in his area and get to know competition strategy, plans and products and business nos
- Should have overall market intelligence and should know products and other related products of competitors on finger tips.
- Support channel partner in delivering higher levels of productivity and facilitate the process of Submission to- Issuance within mutually agreed timelines
- Scouting for new local partners and coop banks.
- Manage multiple channel relationships with maturity and without neglecting any particular Branch/Area
- Act as an interface between producer & the organization Supporting & training the team members on the business knowledge
- Appropriate allocation of targets
- Facilitate dealing with the branch management
- Escalation Management
- In-charge of overall P&L of his/her partner including tracking of combined ratios
Salary: INR 2,50,000 - 4,25,000 P.A.
